Babu C Joseph
With a career spanning over 20 years in the real estate industry, Mr. Babu is a man that brings in the expertise and flair that makes this venture what it is. He started off with developing residential layouts for the Military and Defense forces. He launched his first company named Creation Shelters Pvt Ltd. under which he developed several layouts in Sarjapura with plots for sale in Bangalore.

Rahul Joseph
Rahul is the man responsible for creating the brand - "White Projects". It was his dream to build a firm that brings modern practices into an otherwise ageing industry. Rahul brings in the much-needed dynamism and thirst for continued improvement at White Projects. He believes that a little progress each day adds up to big results someday.
Rahul is a highly detail oriented individual who pays close attention to all aspects of the business. He drives the innovation in project design and development and also focuses on the sales and marketing efforts at White Projects as well.
He is constantly working towards creating a real estate firm that doesn’t just make “big promises” but actually delivers on them.
Beena Babu
Beena Babu is White Project's HR Director and a member of the management board.
She holds a Degree in Environmental Studies from St. Joseph's College, Bangalore and a Masters Degree in Education from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom.
Providing leadership and management of all Human Resources functions is her forte. It is her efforts that ensures a professional environment at White Projects. She works with passion and strives to make a difference in the functioning of the team.
